Video editor

Looking for a good video editor. I've tried using Nero Vision but it has problems with large movies, anything over 2 hrs,. I've also tried Windows movie editor. It works about as well as Vista...... Also would be nice if it would edit and be able to save as a file that I could burn using ConvertXtoDvd. Thanks in advance.
