Playback restarts when recording scheduled

Everything working well here....but here's a little annoyance that can hopefully be fixed in the next bin...when a timer is scheduled and you happen to be watching any existing recorded material, the "Event recording started" message appears and interrupts your viewing, forcing you go back into the list of files and start watching again from the beginning.

So you're saying the message doesn't time out? Did you try pressing exit?

Sorry, just to be clear...when the timer starts recording, it forces an exist out of whatever recorded material you are currently watching. It's as if I pressed the Exit button to go back into channel viewing mode instead of viewing recorded files.
I'll try a test recording next time and I'll make sure that I'm watching something recorded just before the timer kicks in and see what happens.

I've noticed this too. Still, it's better than how it used to be; in the past it wouldn't even record the timer. You had to remember to exit the program you were watching manually so the timer could start recording.
