Some channels GOOD & Other still scrambled

Need help. I just hook up my new 360Elite. Installed factory setting and current bin file and have scan 110 and 119. Some channels are coming through but channels like disney are still scrambled. I don't understand, same SAT, ECHO 7 & 8. Am I missing another file?

did you scan sats for both tunners.

tuner 1 = scan 110 & 119
tuner 2 = scan 110 & 119

Yes, I conducted a B-scan on both tuners. Actually tuner 1 picked up more channels than tuner 2. The same channels that I dont get on tuner 2 are the ones that are scramble on tuner 1. I also have a SV-360p. The 360P wouldnt pick up as many channels as the 360 Elite.

You should do a factory reset to dump all those channels and only do a "sat" scan. You shouldn't have some channels scrambled and others not. Then after you do your sat scan for tuner 1, don't scan tuner 2, just select that option that lets you copy the channel list from tuner 1. If you also did a blindscan on your 360P, then delete those channels and do a regular sat scan as well.

Go into your installation menu, select either 110 or 119 and press OK on the transponder. It will then bring up a TP list with all the transponders listed, they all should have a value of 20000, but some may be have duplicates that are valued at 21500, delete the ones that say 21500 and then try to scan. You don't have do do a factory reset or anything, just rescan.
